Our clinic was founded in Plymouth as ABH in 2002 but was established in Westland in the late 80's.  Please see below a listing of our clinical and office staff.

Donald L. Warner, MSW, LMSW, ACSW
Mr. Warner is the President/Founder of ABH. He has a graduate degree (MSW) from the University of Michigan.  He has worked in behavioral health administration and clinical services since 1976.  He has held  management, direct services, ownership, and Board level positions involving community mental health, private practice, hospital, and managed care.  Mr. Warner continues to enjoy serving in an advisory/consultative role to various entities.
 
Karl L Senkowski, MSW, LMSW, ACSW
Mr. Senkowski is the Clinical Director of ABH. Mr. Senkowski obtained his Master's degree in Social Work from Wayne State University in 1990.  He is a member of the Academy of Certified Social Workers.  He is licensed in the state of Michigan as a Licensed Master Social Worker. His areas of experience and interest are:  Depressive Disorders, Work Place Issues/EAP, Anxiety Disorders, Substance Abuse/Dependence, School Related Issues, ADHD, Relationship Issues, Parent-Child Issues, Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy, Men's Issues, and Chronic Mental Illness (Depression, Bipolar, and Schizophrenia).  Mr. Senkowski also performs Driver's License Reinstatement evaluations. He is a member of the Executive Committee of ABH.
 
Susan D. Charlamb, MD
Dr. Charlamb is a Board Certified Psychiatrist in child and general psychiatry.  She is licensed in the State of Michigan as a Medical Doctor.  Dr. Charlamb is our Medical Director and a member of the Executive Committee.
 
Mary Bleyaert, LMSW
Mary Bleyaert received her Master’s Degree from U of M in 1972.  She is an experienced Psychotherapist who specializes in treatment of children, adolescents, families and individuals.  She uses a flexible cognitive behavioral approach that focuses on problem solving and improving her clients ability to manage their lives in a more productive and healthy manner.  Mary is accepting new clients.  Her flexible scheduling allows her to see client according to their scheduling needs, as well as on emergency bases if needed.

Anthony R. De Orio, Doctor of Ministry (D. Min.), Master of Science (M.S.)
Anthony R. De Orio completed his Master of Science degree from Eastern Michigan University in 1999. He practices as a Michigan Limited License Psychologist under the supervision of a Michigan licensed psychologist. In addition, he is a doctoral level clergyman ordained in the Presbyterian Church USA. As a psychologist, he completed a practicum at Huron Valley Center, a maximum security psychiatric prison hospital, and has been practicing since 1999. He taught as an adjunct faculty at Madonna University. His specialities include marital difficulties, addictions (e.g. sex addictions), healing from anger and rage, male and female sexual abuse, depression, dealing with complex problems, achieving wholeness for clergy men and women and integrating faith and life when appropriate for clients.
 
Kelly Lange, MA, LLP
Kelly Lange received her Master’s degree in Psychology from Wayne State University in 2006.  Since then she has worked in providing individual therapy for children, adolescents, and young adults with her areas of interest lying in adolescent issues, depression, anxiety, and eating disorders.  Since every person is unique, Kelly believes it is best to personally tailor her approach based on each individual’s needs, personality, and goals.  Kelly tends to use an eclectic form of Psychology with variations of different theories.  Kelly also uses Cognitive Behavioral therapy techniques that help her patients developed increased confidence in their abilities to manage themselves and their lives.  In addition to practicing therapy Kelly also teaches part-time at Baker College in the field of Psychology.  Kelly is presently accepting new patients with availability during the mornings, afternoons, and evenings.
 
Roberta Martin, LMSW, ACSW, CAADC
Roberta Martin received her master's degree from U of M School of Social Work and previously completed her undergraduate social work training at Wayne State University.  Ms Martin has over 18 years of experience in the field of mental health, including her work on an inpatient psychiatric unit, community mental health, social work in a school setting, and private practice. She has vast experience working successfully with clients on a variety of issues, including mood disorders, anxiety disorders, relationships (including codependency issues), women’s issues, parenting, and work with adult children of alcoholics and their families in a collaborative treatment approach.  Ms Martin is licensed as a Clinical Social Worker by the state of MI (LMSW), nationally certified as a clinical social worker (ACSW), and state - and internationally certified as an Advanced Alcohol and Drug Counselor (CAADC).
 
Holly Sanders-Cobb, MSW, LMSW
Holly Sanders-Cobb received her Master’s degree in Social Work at Eastern Michigan University and is a licensed social worker. Ms. Sanders-Cobb has over 10 years of experience working with children, adolescents, families, and individuals to address their needs, increase insight, and initiate personal change. Her areas of experience and interest include: Substance Use and Addiction, Depressive and Mood Disorders, Anxiety Disorders, Women’s Issues, Trauma and Sexual Abuse, Parent-Child Issues, Relationship Issues, Grief and Loss, working with adolescents, and group therapy treatment.  She uses a flexible model to tailor an approach to assist you in reaching your personal goals. Ms. Sanders-Cobb is accepting new patients and has a flexible schedule to meet your needs.
 
Janette Shallal, LMSW, LMFT
Janette Shallal graduated from Wayne State University in the school of Social Work.  She has over 35 years experience in working with families, children, mental health, marriage counseling, and group therapy treatment.  Ms. Shallal is licensed through the State of Michigan as both a Licensed Master Social Worker, and Marriage & Family therapist.

Dr. Silverstone is a member of the Executive Committee.
 
Alisha Ebel, MSW, LMSW
Alishia Ebel received her master's degree in Social Work from Wayne State University in 2008. Alishia has since worked with individuals of all ages and families to address areas of substance abuse as well as various mental health issues. Alishia's areas of interest include working with children, adolescents and young adults to address depression, anxiety, ADHD, school issues, behavioral issues, family issues and low self-esteem. Alishia's therapeutic approach is individualized and likes to meet each client where they are at mentally and emotionally when entering therapy to ensure their treatment is effective. She believes that flexibility with interventions and therapy modalities help build a therapeutic relationship and empower people to make positive changes to enhance their quality of life. Alishia is now accepting new clients and has flexible morning, afternoon, and evening availability to meet various scheduling needs.
 
Michael Wiest, MSW, MA, LLP, LMSW

Stacey M. Olsafsky, MA, LLP
Stacey M. Olsafsky received her Master’s degree from Wayne State University in 2005 with a focus on family, marital, children, adolescents, and adults. She has experience with a broad range of issues, which includes, but not limited to the following: self-injurious behaviors, parent-child issues, school/work issues, divorce, depression, anxiety, grief, life changes, trauma, and women issues. She also works with individuals of different ethnic/culture beliefs, and with public safety individuals. She believes in treating cases by case, by meeting each individual or family needs through different treatment modalities. Treatment modalities include cognitive behavioral therapy, emotionally focused therapy, and brief solution therapy.
